We all battle this. It is our choice Fear or Love. The 12 steps are the solution but alone you will never make it. Surrounding yourself with others in recovery is the way to go. We WILL love you until you love yourself but, if you will not let us, what can we do.

Most of the winners we know after many years in recovery will tell you that they go to more meetings today than ever before. When you ask them why, they will say something like " I deserve it ". They now understand the Love that we all receive by connecting with others in the fellowship. Remember to go back to those old paypens and play pals is to surround yourself with those headed towards jails institution and death. Stay with us. We are the easier softer way.
