This one is a life long process. What we will say is don't get discouraged. Hanging with God is not easy. It takes persistence and practice and lots and lots of humility. Something none of us are any good at.... progress not perfection.
Don't forget the word ONLY. Realize that you do not have the answer... we never have!
It's not about what we want cause if we had got anymore of that,,, we would have probably killed ourselves.
