It's broke and "I" can't fix it!

Step zero is just that understanding and also the honest desire for real change.

You can read the first 164 pages of the big book and see if you are convinced. If you are not or you do not have that honest desire then no amount of trying can correct the problem for your still running on self will. You are broken and have been for a long long time. To think at anytime that you have the answers and you can fix your own problem is to miss the point completely. You don't know the way that's why you are where you are. The good news is that there is one who does and He could and would help you, if he were sought.

IF He Were Sought... Humbly, Honestly and with lots and lots of help from others in the fellowship. We love you. Hang in there. If you do not have this critical element or have lost the "willing to go to any lenght desire" along the way, one sure way to find it again is to work with another new in recovery. You will find it again in them. Like HE said where two or more are gathered I am there. The love you need... that divinity to heal the hole inside of you... that what has eluded you for so long you will find in another only by His grace not your own.
